The Purpose for Greater Things in Your Ministry

Why does God want you to believe for, expect, receive, and achieve greater things in your life and ministry?  The answer to this question may be more simply expressed than you realize.

You are created for greater things and God exhorts you to believe for and expect to receive and achieve greater things because…

The manifestation of greater things in your life and the impact they make working through your life brings glory and honor to God!

As David faced Goliath, he clearly declared to everyone that through Goliath’s defeat “the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel.”

You and I must let the “whole world” know that there is a God in our church and our lives!  Through the ‘greater things’ received and achieved in our lives, we proclaim to our family, friends, and this entire world that there is an “ALL-POWERFUL, ALL-KNOWING, EVER-PRESENT GOD” who manifests His greatness in the lives of His people.

As the dear song was penned, “To God be the glory; great things He has done!”

May God be glorified through your life and ministry this week as they display the greater things of His love, power, and grace!

Love in Christ,
Pastor Gary
